Well they Mac banned you meaning it would have nothing to do with the router and all to do with you isp and the modem connected there of you need to call the administrator and tell them what is going on on who is causing the disturbance on there servers, If I where a admin I would have done the same to keep that one bad apple out, But there is totaly nothing you can do about a mac ban accept call you isp and have the reissue a modem if its cable you can buy a new cable modem and have it provisioned if its DSL omg your pretty much out of luck. Your router has nothing to do with a mac ban they bad your modem that is connected to your isp with has a mac address good luck!
