Question about Cell Phones
If this a digital one then it goes till it fills up the digital
memory. If I want to replay those messages I hold down the play button
till it restarts from the beginning if the memory. If you already hit
the delete button it goes back to the beginning and reuses the memory
space. So if it deleted then it gone
but you try going to the manufacturer and retrieve the message (Only Option)
But from the Question that you posted it tells me the phone didn't had any power when the call came. So the message was not recorded at all at the first place. If i got you correct.
