SOURCE: Wii Remote Control Stopped Working
This happened to my son. I did some reading and found out you have to resynchronize the remote. This is from the manual
1) Press the Power button on the Wii console to turn it on.
2)Remove th battery cover on the back of the remote and press the SYNC. button inside the cover. The Player LEDs will blink.
3)Open the SD Card Slot cover on the front of the Wii console and press the SYNC button on the inside of the compartment
4)When the Player LED blinking stops, connection is complete. The LED that is illuminated indicates the player number.
This procedure must be followed for each additional Wii remote added to your system.
This worked for me, hope it helps you.
SOURCE: wii remote has no power
try replacing the battery's, if that doesn't work try resyncing the remote, still dont work you will have to replace, try also to power/unplug the unit.
SOURCE: wii remote vibrates
Unfortunately I don't thin this can be fixed short of opening it and disconnecting the vibration motor. I'm pretty sure either the relay that drives the vibration or the transistor that drives it have failed. you could give it a whack and see if that fixes it but from what your describing it sounds like a shorted component.
Sorry

have you tryed to resync the remote if not i ll tell you how to do that
first of all you need to open the little door on the wii console cause theres a red button behind it
then open the back of the wii remotes and there should be a little red button with sync written underneath
then hold both red buttons for a few seconds untill they both sync up cause the light on the bottom will contiunely stay litten
