Error message: Check scanner unit E01-31 (by 2 users)

Hello, I have an error message as "Check scanner unit E01-31" on unit display and the alarm led is on. I configured the machine as described in the documentation. But, could not solve this one...Do you have an idea about this problem?

E01-31 Error Message

Scanner Lamp is not working,

Start with the Lamp then try the SPC board and last SC PCA.

Order of probability and cost!!!

UPDATE FIRMWARE TOO AS THERE HAVE BEEN MANY UPDATES TO THIS MACHINE!!
