The printer is only a little over a year old! It's the OKI Microline 320 Turbo 9.
Could be 2 things..
First Check close and make sure there are not small bits of paper in the feeding arms rollers etc.. any place paper passes make 100% sure. Second adjust the tension from the feeding arm and make sure the paper path to the printer is clear.
You can also hit it with a few shots of Dustoff

Thank you. Other than adjusting the tension of the feeding arm, we have done the other things several times. What specific part do you think may need replacing? the big roller? And, how much would the necessary part cost?
