Question about HP LaserJet P2015n Printer
2015n hp laserjet issue with usb. switched cable, switched port, now what?
After everything is connected - printer to the PC though USB and the printer is powered up.
I would say lets remove your USB drivers and let windows reinstall them..
Right click on my computer and select Manage.
Click on Device Manager
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list looking for "Universal Serial Bus controllers"
Expand this list
Starting from the bottom right click on the first USB Root Hub and click uninstall. Work your way all the way up the list until they are all removed.
Either Reboot your system or from this window at the top select Action and click Scan for hardware changes.. Windows will find the USB and reinstall.
Your printer should would after.
