As a general rule, U machines are not designed to be turned into network printers, that's what the MX-M450N is for. You can put an MX-NBX3 on it, it might work properly and it might not.

The NBX3 can only function properly with a hard drive in the copier, otherwise you're outta luck!!

Your driver type may be wrong. If you are currently using PCL6, try PCL5e.

Other than that, try getting a new driver from the Business Copiers section of sharpusa.com. You may have to see which model will work for you. Look for the PCL driver for MX-NBX3, then look for MX-M450U, then MX-M450N.

Mx 2830 - fails to print - asks to add extra plain paper

Check the paper type and paper size in the Printer Properties. Set them according the actual paper used in the printer. Check the paper size in your document you want to print. Correct, if differs from the printer's paper size.

Documents in printer que, but does not print

Hello,

If a print job get hung up in the print que it may stop and not be able to be deleted, this will also block other print jobs from printing. Here is a link to an article that shows how to clear the print que and purge the stuck print jobs so printing can resume. I hope it helps.

Our printer is printing horizontal lines across

open the front door and press the green button in the center upper ,remove the waste toner collector ( carefully it will spill if turned over ) you will see four green knobs small diameter these are cleaning rods ..pull them out about a foot they will stop push them back in four or five times each color there is also a wand on the door and it fits pad down in the slot below the green rods slide it in and out to clean the laser....if this does not do the trick you will need service refr to you manual for cleaning if you have it

How to delete password protected pront job in Sharp mx-2700N when password is lost? I can log in as admin (web-access to printer) but cannot delete the documents in Documenthandling. BR, Steven

Open web interface of the printer and supply admin password.
As an administrator you should be able to navigate to the System Settings screen.
Select Document Filing Settings and navigate to the section Administrator Authority Setting.
Select Delete so you can delete forgotten print jobs (remember to Save the setting).
Navigate on Document Operation where you can see a list of existing saved print jobs.
Select the jobs to delete and go on.
You don't have unwanted ghosts anymore on your machine!

Most important: always remeber to smile and to help people. Take care.

Someone has sent a print job from a computer to the copier with an odd paper size specified. Go to Job status, under "print" highlight the first job in the que and delete it. (if the job was sent more than once you will have to repeat. ) Check the document and print settings of the offending document.

Sharp AR-5320 giving me L 4 error some time

Usually the error is caused by a main drive over load. The machine needs to be looked to determine if its the motor, power supply, or a board.
