What is the OS of the server? When you say Blue Screen are you speaking of the BSOD?

Laptop keeps restarting and each time the login screen appears, suddenly a blue screen pops up, the machine keeps restarting automatically and i can't access windows!

It looks like the window files are corrupt or the hard drive is in trouble. Remove hardware and reseat it back into place. If no! try reloading your operational windows if available, if no result! hard drive should be assessed for a replacement.

Disabling reboot on failure

The default is for automatic restarts which does not let you see the error message. Power off your computer, turn it on; immediately hit F8 several times a SECOND; You'll get a screen that will have a number of options, one of which is turn off automatic restart. Check that.
Now you will get a "blue screen" message that will help diagnose the real problem.

My acer laptop keeps rebooting giving me a blue error screen. Don't have disk that came with it what can i do?

If you receive the Blue Screen, that means the Laptop is having a trouble with
  • Operating System/ Sub System failure
  • Software Device/Application Failure
  • RAM
  • Hard Drive
You have to include the BSOD message. Please do it next time so that I can give a more appropriate answer.
If the blue screen doesn't remain, here is what you have to do to Disable the Automatic Restarting.
  • When the system boots you have to go to the Operating System Menu.
  • Most PCs and LAPs has the Default key "F8" or "F11". Check the keys and hit until you are directed to an Operating System Choice menu.
  • Select "Disable Automatic Restart on a System Failure" and Hit Enter.
Include the BSOD message in the Next Comment

My computer opens but after some times blue screen with writings comes out saying: A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time...

it's a long shot but you can try to boot into the recovery console it you have the original operating disks press the letter "R" for repair and go onto the recovery console and trying a "fixboot" command at the command prompt. this has worked for me about 25% of the time

I can not log to my account on my laptop and login passward is also correct but it shows only loading on screen

I suspect a problem with windows Hit the F8 key during start up of windows and choose safe mode then log on, also log on to admin acct just in case your acct does not have admin rights to check device drivers and the logs in windows, of interest would be the applications log very useful in
finding problems. if that fails use the recovery console during boot or boot from the recovery CD and choose to fix windows.
