Question about Kenmore 16.7 cu. ft. / 473 liter Upright Freezer 23725
We accidentally left the door open a couple of inches for roughly 24 hours. The freezer no longer cools. I can hear a faint click and a very low hum (like a thermostat has clicked or something) for about 10 seconds every few minutes, but the compressor (or whatever) never kicks on and starts cooling. I cleaned it out and unplugged it overnight and tried again the next morning with the same result. Ideas?
Thanks in advance.
