Question about Onkyo TX-8511 Receiver
My Aiwa nsx-999mkII also keeps switching off. What I have noticed is that it only does that when it starts playing loud, on mine it's not even half of the volume it can go, then it switches off. I have tried on both chanels, with or without speakers, it stil switches off
Without speakers indicates that it is shutting off due to thermal protection. Do not store anything on top of it, especially any device that has heat of it's own and give it plenty of air space all around it, at least 6 inches.
