Need to clean the lens on my RX-DV31, as it keeps saying "no disc" when I put in a DVD how do I get to the lens?

To clean the lens, remove cover, take a cotton swab and dip it in rubbing alcohol and rub cotton swab on lens.
This will clean your lens. If the problem persists after the lens is cleaned, than the laser motor is bad, or the timing is off and will need new mechanism.
