Question about Sony VAIO Notebook
It's a great little laptop, but the CD/DVD Drive will no longer open. For awhile I could use a straightened-out paperclip to open it, but now not even that will work. The cost of a replacement drive from Sony is prohibitive so I thought I'd try taking the drive out to see if I might be able to fix it. I'm guessing this is a mechanical problem, not an electrical one. Unfortunately I can't seem to locate a service or repair manual for this model, and since I'm not a computer repair expert I hate to go digging into the guts without a handbook to guide my way. Can someone direct me to such a manual, or describe how best to tackle the dissection of this computer? Thanks!
Lolz, this time you call a technician, i tell you it will be fix to them...

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
