Re: audio driver not installed
If you are facing problem with your sound driver then pls first of all uninstall it and then
insert ur driver cd and install soundcard's drivers.if you don't have that cd then download it from motherboard site by following ways:-
1. you can get your drivers . just go to ur motherboard maufacturing site, click on download section click on drivers, enter mother board serialq number and download the souncard drivers . 2. If you don't know the motherboard/soundcard drivers name and exact number then connect to internet, uninstall all the old audio drivers. then when pop up window says that new hard driver is found then click it and it will automatically install drivers from net
3. If you want to know about your motherboard drivers, then go to desktop a. right click on my_computer,
b.then select properties, in properties tab click on the HARDWARE tab,
c.then click on the device manager tab, then select and expand the drivers like sound or video which you want to know.
d. right click on the selected sound or display drivers and select its properties.
e. select driver tab and the driver name and version will be before you.

You just need to download the appropriate audio driver for your computer. Go to the Device Manager and install all missing drivers for "Unknown Devices". Either connect to the internet or use the driver disc which came with the motherboard of the computer.
For those who doesn't know how to access Device Manager, please follow the steps below.
For Windows XP:
Start -> Run -> Type devmgmt.msc (in the box) -> Right click Unknown device -> Properties -> Driver tab -> Update driver
For Windows Vista and Windows 7
Start -> Type devmgmt.msc (in the start search box) -> Right click Unknown device -> Properties -> Driver tab -> Update driver
Check your sound card manufacturer and its model. Surf the net and got to site of the manufacturer, from there you can download the correct audio drivers and install it to your computer. Hope this works.
hi check that your sound driver is properly install, when you install the sound driver its giving error if yes, then you have to send your motherboard to service center for repairing or buy sound card from computer stores fix it and sound driver
2)Right Click My computer 3)Click properties 4)Select Hardware Tab 5)Click Device Manager 6)Click on the cross of System Devices 7)Right Click Microsoft UAA Bus driver for high definition Audio 8)Uninstall this (this is the problem making place and this might indicated as yellow color explanation mark before you uninstall it)Just uninstall it 9)Now install your newly downloaded drivers which i have asked you to download in the previous post. 10)System will ask to restart momentarily just follow the instructions and reassert . Once all the installation and restarting are done your Audio will work with out any issues
