Hi
I'm afraid, there is no way to return back firmware update to its previous version.
Only way is to replace main board of TV.
Thanks.

Hi,

It sounds like one or more of the GPU connections has a bad connection. This means it is very close to dying from the 3 lights of death. Your unit needs to be serviced by professional.

If you got that while playing it sounds like its your GPU melting... when the older xbox360s get hot the circuit starts to warp and sag in the middle.. the causes the GPU to seperate from the board which gives you wierd or no graphics... ppl suggest "the towel trick" wrapping you xbox in a towel to overheat it in hopes it will reconnect the GPU.. otherwise there is very little you can do.. just hope MS will repair it for you or buy a new one.. ..

You can try few tricks :-

To reset the display settings of the Xbox 360 console to the default settings, follow these steps:

1. Remove any discs from the disc tray.
2. Turn the console off.
3. Turn the console on.

Note If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, turn the console on by using the Xbox Guide button on the controller.

Note Make sure that you use the player 1 controller when you do this. The player 1 controller is the controller where the upper-left quadrant light is on.

4. As the console starts, press and hold the Y button, and then pull the right trigger at the same time. This causes the Xbox Dashboard to reset the display settings to the default settings and then automatically restarts the console. So it's OK when the Xbox 360 console restarts.

If problem still persists , call Microsoft at :-

1-800-4my-xbox

Thanks .

Samsung 2007 27" TX-T3092WH will not support HDMI or cannot see PS3?

HI,
Do one thing While PS3 is in standby mode press and hold the power button on the frond panel of PS3 for 30 seconds (factory reset). After doing this you will get video from its composite video.

Also check the hdmi If you didnt get the video through HDMI then,
PS3 out puts Full HD 1080P video through its HDMI out put. IF your tv doesn't support Full HD then it will display format not supported or Software not support.
If you want to get video through HDMI then do the following.
Connect the PS3 to any Full HD tv (friends or relatives) and go to its menu ,select HDMI settings. then down scale the video from 1080p to 1080i.
After that connect the PS3 to your tv you will surely get the video.

When your notebook computer is connected to an HDMI device, you may encounter certain display and sound issues. For example, if you have your notebook computer connected to an LCD TV and/or surround sound speakers with a high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) cable as part of a home theater system, you may encounter some common HDMI display and/or sound issues such as the following: If you are experiencing one of the following issues, click the link to go directly to a section of this document for a resolution. If you are experiencing an HDMI display or sound issue that is not listed above, please contact HP for assistance. Set HDMI sound output c02654744.gif Make sure that HDMI device is enabled and selected. To make it the default sound playback device, select ATI HDMI Output and then select Properties . The HDMI cable must be connected when it is configured. Use correct HDMI cable for your HDMI device There are three types of HDMI: 19-pin (normal head), 19-pin (small head), and 29-pin. If your computer and HDMI device use different cable types, adapters are available. For more information, see HP Notebook PCs - Overview of HDMI and DVI Connections for PCs . Content protected error message If you are playing an HD DVD on your notebook computer while it is connected to an LCD TV with an HDMI cable, you may see an error message that reads, The content is protected. The content is not allowed to be played in current mode. This error sometimes occurs when single mode settings are selected. To resolve the issue, click to accept the message when prompted, and the movie will play. images do not display properly When the notebook computer is in HDMI mode, images sometimes are distorted or do not display at all. To resolve this issue, use the HP Support Assistant to test your computer and install any updated drivers. Alternately, download and install the latest NVIDIA GeForce driver from your model from the HP Software & Driver downloads page . For more information about downloading and installing drivers for your HP notebook computer, please see the Locating HP Software, Drivers, and BIOS Updates in Vista support document. Surround sound option is unavailable First, confirm that your notebook recognizes HDMI audio by right-clicking the Volume icon in the Windows system tray and selecting Playback Devices . If you do not see HDMI Output then you may need to reinstall or update your audio drivers. Also, make sure your notebook's BIOS is up-to-date. When using WinDVD to play a movie after selecting HDMI as the default audio output, the surround sound option may be unavailable. To resolve this issue, please update to WinDVD version 9.0 or later at the HP Software & Driver downloads page . If you are using the MediaSmart program, make sure you are using the latest version. For more information about downloading and installing software updates for your HP notebook computer, please see the Locating HP Software, Drivers, and BIOS Updates in Vista support document.

Not supported mode

The 360's video output source is automatically detected by the system. Ps3 has a reset sequence you have to use when you switch from one outpot cable to another, but the 360 doesn't have this. If you're able to see your dashboard then you are good to go and do not need to change any features.

Adjust the system's video output settings. Select the best output settings for the TV in use.

1. Check the resolution supported by your TV.
Resolution (video mode) varies depending on the TV type. For details, refer to the instructions supplied with the TV.

2. Select (Display Settings) under (Settings) in the home menu.

3. Select [Video Output Settings].

4. Select the connector type on your TV.
Resolution (video mode) varies depending on the type of connector used.

Input connector on the TV Supported video modes (NTSC region) *1 Supported video modes (PAL region) *1
HDMI 1080p / 1080i / 720p / 480p 1080p / 1080i / 720p / 576p
Component / D-Terminal *2 1080p / 1080i / 720p / 480p / 480i 1080p / 1080i / 720p / 576p / 576i
Composite / S Video *3 480i 576i
AV MULTI / SCART *4 480p / 480i 576p / 576i
*1 The video mode options vary depending on the region where the PS3™ system was purchased. In North America, Asia and other NTSC regions, 480i video mode is displayed as [Standard (NTSC)]. In Europe and other PAL regions, 576i video mode is displayed as [Standard (PAL)]. For details, refer to the instructions supplied with the product.

*2 D-terminal is a connector type used mainly in Japan. The resolutions supported by D1-D5 are as follows:
D5: 1080p / 720p / 1080i / 480p / 480i
D4: 1080i / 720p / 480p / 480i

*3 Composite is the connector used to connect the AV cable that is supplied with the PS3™ system. S VIDEO is a format mainly used in Japan.

*4 AV MULTI is a format mainly used in Japan. SCART is a format mainly used in Europe. If [AV MULTI / SCART] is selected, the screen allowing you to select the type of output signal will be displayed.

5. Change video output settings.
Change the resolution for the video output. Depending on the connector type selected in step 4, this screen may not be displayed.

6. Set the resolution.
Select all resolutions supported by the TV in use. Video will automatically be output at the highest resolution possible for the content you are playing from among the selected resolutions.*
* The video resolution is selected in order of priority as follows: 1080p > 1080i > 720p > 480p/576p > Standard (NTSC:480i/PAL:576i).
If [Composite / S Video] is selected in step 4, the screen for selecting resolutions will not be displayed.
If [HDMI] is selected, you can also select to automatically adjust the resolution (the HDMI device must be turned on). In this case, the screen for selecting resolutions will not be displayed.

7. Set the TV type.
Select the type of TV in use. Set when only SD resolution (NTSC:480p / 480i, PAL: 576p / 576i) is to be output such as when [Composite / S Video] or [AV MULTI / SCART] is selected in step 4.

8. Check your settings.
Confirm that the image displayed is at the correct resolution for the TV. You can go back to a previous screen and revise the settings by pressing the button.

9. Save your settings.
The video output settings are saved on the PS3™ system. You can continue on to set audio output settings. For details on audio output, see (Settings) > (Sound Settings) > [Audio Output Settings] in this guide.
