Irulu recognizes finger but not stylus

If you are asking how or what to use/do then maybe you shouldn't be doing it. Electronic circuits are not really forgiving when it comes to heat or shorts. Many electrical items can be ruined by too much heat or improper install. If you are trying to refloat a chip or processor you could ruin them or the circuit board.
If you must try you will need a quality soldering iron, solder (silver for electronics), flux, de solder wire, heat sinks, etc... who knows what else. Wouldn't advise doing it.

The Lifebook will never work with a finger or plain stylus touch. It must have an appropriate Wacom Stylus. Various Wacom products will function but the original will fit the screen dock. The stylus has a AAAA (yes, QUAD-A) battery in the body of the stylus - if this is dead, then the digitizer won't recognize the pen. That sounds like what is happening - the batteries can be found at bigger Radio Shacks or ordered online.

Press the Up + Down buttons at the same time. This will turn off the "Digitizer" function on the tablet and allow the user to use their finger, the stylus, or blunt end of a pen.

stylus is controlled by the softwares , sensors are working fine in the pc . software problem is mpre likely then a hardware , try re-installing the OS , if it doesnt work the only you refer the company people (the manufacturers)
