The THM (thumbnail) files are created by the camera automatically. They are essential to the proper functioning of your camera. So no, you cannot turn this function off.

There are certain formats of themes that work with different phones. Like most java phones that are produced by nokia would work with the .thm files, just the same way symbian phones would only recognize the .sis files.
In this case, you are trying to use a theme that is not compatible with the phone, the phone cannot recognize the file type and so reads it as an invalid file and then says its corrupted.
The only way around this issue is to download a fresh copy of the theme in the compatible format which is .thm and apply it.

go to locks> SIM protection> Change pin> 
old pin for F305 6783
do it for five times 
now u cn put as many themes as u can

search in google for (WinAVI MP4 Converter).
the out put file should be two file's.
the video name should be (M4V20001 and continue M4V20002, M4V20003, M4V20004).
if not you should name it.
the other file name should be (M4V20001.THM and continue M4V20002.THM, M4V20003.THM, M4V20004.THM)
the same here if not you should name it too.
and it will work :)

You have to extract the themes first by using winzip or something similar, then when you have done that plug your ofne in go to, my computer>Your phone>Memory Card>Themes

THM is a video thumbnail. Chances are pretty good that there is another file on the storage media (memory card?) that you can actually view. Check for an AVI or MPG file as well.

Otherwise, the THM SHOULD be viewable in any standard video player. I highly recommend GOM player.

It's not necessary. It's the thumbnail picture file (those tiny mini pictures that let you preview what each file is when perusing a folder). If the file is missing, and you select "view thumbnails" in your folder menu, your computer will automatically recreate them if needed.
