Problem with downloading photos mobile

I am trying to download the pictures from my phone onto a cd. On my home computer it doesn;t do anything when I click on transfer so I am trying on my work pc. This lets me download the files onto but won't open or save them to a folder or the cd. What am I doing wrong please?Angie

Use picasa or something else that lets you watch pictures

First copy pics unto ur pc desktop. then right click to copy. again right click to send it to cd rom. then open my computer and right click on cd rom and writing to cd, but make sure that ur cd rom is a cd writer. okay?

How do I download photos from Samsung mobile onto an Acer laptop? I have installed the Samsung CD onto the laptop and have a USB connecting cable but I can't get the photos onto my screen.


Go to my computer. Open it up and it should show your mobile phone in their or could be a removable drive. Open it up and it should show you the contents of your phone.

the above solution is ok, but also you can youse the bluetoot to send and recieve/send foto and muzic from your phone ot to laptop. or go to : www.samsung.com and download the latest software for samsung.

i think you should first cpnfirm if you system has the software to read the photos from your mobile.. you would have received a cd along with the mobile... insert that and then try downloading the photos...

My phone


You must have a software in your computer to read the pictures. It can be kodak easy share or HP photo smart. This software might be available in the brands website for a free download.

Also try to email the pictures from your cell phone to your email address, then open the picture and save it to your computer.

Finally, if this doesn't work go to a store with photo service and have your pictures put on a CD. From the CD is easier to download to the computer.

Hi, Fist you must clarify which namebrand is your computer and phone. You might need to download aprogram from the phone provider to your laptop. Some phones bring in a cd with them. You can also send the picture via email to your email address then you download into your computer.

Finnaly the eassiest and fast way for me is fo to a store with photo services (walmart, walgreen, eckerd, rite aid) get your pictures from your phone into a CD. Then from the CD you can down load to your computer. This is fast and easy.

Try To purchase A Driver Cd Of Your Phone from any Retail Mobile Shop. or Download it form Motorola Web site, It Takes More time. If Your phone not detacted on pc please try to use another usb cable. and it detect please install Driver cd and enjoy.....
