Internet connected. Hi packet loss. No proxy. No firewall, no antivirus or antispyware. Windows firewall is off. Can ping sites, several requests timed out. Most times web sites don't load but once in a while they will for a short time bit only the index pages. All internet explorer settings to allow everything all cookies,etc. Even trusted sites not loading. Links don't work & downloads say will take 4 days for 3MB. What are default network settings, services, for Windows XP SP3 for a land line DSL? AT&T.

its your system for now got a problem... reformat your system to a new one...
