How do i make copies darker canon pixma ?

Actually pretty easy to do and just in case someone never gets back to, Cannon does provide an online user manual.

To darken copies: While in copy mode, press the menu button. Next, arrow over to "copy intensity", once there you should make sure that you\'re in manual mode, hit OK. This will bring up a darken/lighten mode and you can make adjustments from there to what you want. If your copier is starting to fade on it\'s initial copy setting, you also may be close to running out of ink if you haven\'t checked it in a while. Even though they shouldn\'t , if you don\'t used it that often, it can still dry out the connections. Hope this helps.

I need to know the steps of make a copy and the transfer it on to my computor

Try Ctrl + c (copy) then go to your word doc and Ctrl + v (paste) to paste into your document.
If this does not work then the WEB site has prevented copying this document.
You will need to print the WEB document and then type the info into your document.

Pale copies on Ricoh FT4415. Believe adjustments possible on key pad.

Codes won't help you. You need to replace developer, and/or drum, clean optics and then re-calibrate the density. In other words, you need a tech.

Darkening the copies

Here's information from the HP manual:
Use the copy features
The HP All-in-One enables you to produce high-quality color and black-and-white copies on a variety of paper types, including transparencies. You can enlarge or reduce the size of an original to fit a specific paper size, adjust the darkness of the copy, and use special features to make high-quality copies of photos, including
borderless copies.

Press Copy repeatedly to display the appropriate menu. The following menus are available:
– Number of copies
– Reduce/Enlarge
– Copy Quality
– Copy Paper Size
– Paper Type
– Lighter/Darker
– Enhancements
– Set New Defaults
2. Press the until the appropriate setting appears.
3. Do one of the following:
– To change more settings, press Copy.
This selects the current setting and displays the next menu.
– To start the copy job, press Start Color or Start Black.

To save the current settings as defaults for future jobs
1. Make any needed changes to the settings in the Copy Menu.
2. Press Copy repeatedly until Set New Defaults appears.
3. Press until Yes appears and then press OK.

Scanned documents are very light

I have found that when scanning b/w documents, its helpful to start with a black and white copy, not a grayscale, pen written, or printed form a printer in grayscale mode copy, but a true black and white on the copier or fax copy. The scanner doesnt read shades of black so well and when scanning multiple page documents, my pixma tends to scan in lightly. I havent found a piece of software to do just this, batch darken what has been scanned (at least not for free). Copying before scanning is the work around. Hope this helps everyone who's had this problem. It also doesnt hurt to darken what your scanning down a notch when copying
