How to enable usb port LG 22LD330

On the desktop, right click on MY COMPUTER, and then select MANAGE option. a new window will appear, in that select SYSTEM TOOLS, in that click on DEVICE MANAGER, on the right side of the window pane, a list wil appear,
If USB is enabled in BIOS or EFI but the USB host controller does not appear in Device Manager (under Universal Serial Bus controllers), or a yellow warning icon appears next to the host controller name, then the version of BIOS or EFI may be outdated. Contact the maker or vendor for your computer and obtain the current version of BIOS or EFI.
If the controller appears in Device Manager, right-click the controller name and then click Properties. Problems and suggested actions are displayed under Device status.
USB ports have a separate entry in Device Manager. To check the device status, click Universal Serial Bus controllers, right-click USB Root Hub, and then click Properties. If you do not see USB Root Hub, you might not have a USB port installed on your computer
On the USB Root hub Properties page, it may tell you this device is working properly, or there is a Troubleshoot button. At the bottom you have an option to Enable or Disable the USB hub.

HP J6450 printer keeps going offline

Have you tried reinstalling the printer driver?

Have you also tried to restart the printer spooler service?

Here's how to do it:

To start and stop the print spooler
  1. Open Computer Management.

  2. In the console tree, click Services.

    Where?

    • Computer Management/Services and Applications/Services

  3. In the details pane, double-click Print Spooler.

  4. Do one of the following depending on the task you want to do:

Click Stop to stop the service.

Click Start to start the service.
Also you can try to uninstall / reinstall the USB Root Hubs in the Device Manager:

    Directions
  1. Step 1 Click on the "Start" icon on your computer's desktop screen and access the "Control Panel" menu, which will be listed as a Start menu subtopic. When the Control Panel window opens, select the "System & Maintenance" link, which will be the first option listed on the screen.
  2. Step 2 Select "Device Manager" when the system's components and operations appear on the following screen. Bypass the Administrative Control prompt by clicking "OK".
  3. Step 3 Select the "Universal Serial Bus" collapse tab, which will be the last option listed at the bottom of the Device Manager menu. A list of blank locations where your drivers should be located should appear in the collapse menu. The driver items in the list should read, "Driver Not Installed".
  4. Step 4 Right-click on one of the drivers that reads "Driver Not Installed." Select the "Properties" option in the drop box list that will appear. A pop-up dialog box, regarding the driver, will appear on your screen. Click on the "Driver" tab and select the "Update Driver" tab. The device will restore any missing components that are prohibiting the USB Root Hub's functionality.

My Tata Photon Plus USB Modem is not being detected in my laptop. Previously it used to work (for almost 3 months). But now all of a sudden,it is not being detected no matter what. It works on my other...

Hi,
I just solved the same problem on my laptop with the help of Tata's tech support -
first, plug in the Photon plus modem, remove any other usb devices (mouse, etc)
right click on My Computer, select "manage". Click on Device Manager, expand the list of Serial Bus Conductors.
Right click on each "USB Composite hub" (not root hub) and uninstall.
after all composite hubs are uninstalled, go to the "computer" section at the top of the list in the Computer Management box. Right-click on "Computer" and click on "scan for hardware changes". Yiur system will reinstall the drivers and give you a notification at the bottom right corner of your monitor. Once u get the message "drivers successfully installed", open the Photon plus dialler and connect. It worked for me, hope it works for you too!

2 of 4 USB Ports Not Functioning

Most likely a motherboard problem, though you can try and re-do windows, best bet on getting it all to work is Turn off CPU, Unplug Power cable, And all usb devices, let it sit for about 20mins. Plug it all back in. Turn on the CPU! Though this might really get on your nerves having to do this multiple times, id get a new motherboard.
