Problem for Frigidaire FAH085N1T Air Conditioner

What is internal packaging and what needs to stay? Frigidaire AC

I just bought a Frigidaire FAM157S1A window AC. After it is already out of the box and you remove the base from the cabinet, the instructions say to remove all internal packaging from the unit. The picture is unclear, but I can make out some plastic ties close to the motor that I did not even have. There is some black styrafoam around the coils on my unit and a strange putty type material. I feel like both of these things could melt or catch fire, so I feel like they should be removed, but am unsure.

It should be pretty apparent what comes off the unit. Pop the front cover by the filter and remove any styrofoam, paper and ties that might be there. Also make sure to remove anything that would prevent the coils from breathing properly. Its really simple, dont complicate it anymore than need be and worry yourself, everything that comes out is obvious.
