50.1fuser erro hp5550dn

50.1 Fuser error:Low/No Fuser tempatrature, replace Fuser assembly.
For service engineers: Reason: thermo switch open, remove fuser assembly, dis-assemble up sleeve, check switch continuity, if no continuity, remove switch & just hit gently on aluminum capsule till continuity comes, make sure it should not damage or dent, once continuity comes, clean main thermister & sub thermister, fix it back, power on the printer, chek errors, adjust fuser temperature in low, give prints up to 50 blank copies, chk.. if problem repeated replace Fuser assembly, but success rate is 70% for above exercise. Note: Only professionals can perform this activity..

I have designed a software to print visitor badges on spot for conferences but i am unable to send the print command to my Brother QL-570 Label printer ..I am not able to generate a .prn file .. please...

Welcome to FixYa.

To generate a PRN file, you need to have the printer driver installed in your computer. You should be able to see the PRN option (in some cases, it is termed as 'save to file') in the printer dialog box.
In your own software, you have to use the printers driver as well to produce a PRN file as well.

Since you are also unable to send the print command to your printer, it seems that your printer driver is not present or might have been corrupted.

Download and install the driver for your printer from >>HERE

Thank you for using FixYa, have a great day.

Error Message 50

1) Remove Plastic wire covers from inside printers, and release plastic stay on lower edge, tilt cover to 90 Degrees
2) make a note of where each connector goes
3) release the Ribbon and 3 Multicore cables, removing grounding screw, then remove scanner module by sliding it off the hinges at 90 degrees.
4) Remove Three Front Panel Screws, carefully leaver front panel upwards releasing front side clips.
5) Remove front panel by disconnecting ribbon and wireing on both sides.
6) Remove 6 Screws (2 on back, three at front and one middle right
7) Carefully remove speaker cable (Red Connector) and lift up plastic casing, leaving printer uncovered.
8) Re-Seat Encoder Strip into guide. (The Transparent strip)
9) Re-assemble in reverse and Hey Presto.

A handy trick:
Put a 1,5inch tape onto the printhead cover where the encoder strip runs thru to prevent this error in future.

(Please give me a big thumbs up when you rate my answer, thanks.)

Error message "50 service" showing in message window. What does this mean, and where can I get service?

1. Remove power to the printer for 15 minutes. If this doesn’t clear the error:

3. Check the Fuses (FU101 and FU201) on the DC Controller PCA. Replace if faulty.
3. Replace the DC Controller PCA.

Nec 860 laser printer fuser unit

remove cartridge and leave top door open, then remove two screws in back ; open front sheet panel to find two screws to remove then remove outer case carefully AND PLACE ON LEFT SIDE BECAUSE THERE'S A RIBBON WIRE ATTACHED.
there are 4 screws holding the fuser unit in place, remove AND LIFT OUT BY ROLLING TOWARD YOU to reveal 2 screws to access the red roller assembly!
In my case there was a very tightly wound piece of paper stuck in there not visable without removing the screws on the fuser unit!

Black line on prints from Kyocera fs2000d

remove the drum by opening the LHS of the printer & removing the toner waste bottle, then depress the grey button on the drum assembly & firmly pull the assembly out. Best done in a darkish room as the drum is light sensitive.
The black line couldn't be fixed as it is caused by a scratch less that 2mm long on the drum. Ether a new drun at £299 or a new printer ar £245..
