How do I add or change a bank account on my PayPal account?
To change the details of any bank account already linked to your PayPal account, first remove the bank account and then add it again with the new details.

To add/remove a bank account:

Go to Wallet.
To add a bank account: click Add bank account. Select the account type, enter the Sort code and account numbers. Review your information and click Add Bank Account.
To remove a bank account: click the bank you'd like to remove. Click Remove Bank.
You can add up to 8 bank accounts to your PayPal account. Each bank account can only be linked to one PayPal account at a time.

What specific message does it give you when you input your bank name and routing number? Make sure the numbers you enter are indeed correct. Sometimes, people will think the bank acct number and routing number is on the check but in some cases, this is not the case. The routing number will be a different number. Please verify with your bank.

On the "Transfer Funds" page, make note of the processing time. It usually takes 3 to 4 business days for electronically transferred funds to become an available part of your PayPal balance.

You can have immediate access to the funds in your bank account through PayPal if you link your bank account with your PayPal account. With your account 'linked' you can have a $0 (zero) PayPal account balance and still make purchases with PayPal. PayPal will automatically transfer the funds from your bank account (through PayPal) and pay for any purchases made with PayPal. And, your PayPal account will still remain at $0.

You won't be able to transfer funds until your acct is verified. Double check to see if they have your correct bank acct number

Basicly you need to be over 18, have a valid credit card or bank account which you can use to send money into your play account..
