Question about Hamilton Beach Eclectrics® 40110 12-Cup Coffee Maker
I bought a Hamilton Beach Eclectrics 40110 Coffee Maker a couple of months ago. The reservoir leaks through the body of the unit. Not good. Have you heard this complaint about this product before? If there is an easy fix I'd be interested. I suppose getting my money back is my best option. Beware of this product.
In your manual you will find a number to call for questions. They will replace you cant fix. You just pay a low shipping charge. You could also return it where you bought it. It is still under warranty.

Are you pouring the water into the water reservoir? My wife bought a BrewStation and the same thing happend to me the first time I used it. Of course, I did not have the directions. I filled the removable water/coffee tank, but did not transfer the water into the 'water' reservoir. The water does not drain by itself.
Works fine now.
