if not notice yet that if you moved or agitate the crt vga cable it will fix the pink color.
you need to install a new fga cable.the current one is defective after a big time of moving.

After trying to figure out my BeCM shorts over several weekends, I reluctantly took my Range Rover to the dealer...After not being able to diagnose/troubleshoot anything, they presented me with an estimate...

Hi bikerbri3237,

It sounds pretty cut-and dry to me. The #5 maxi fuse in the engine compartment fuse block feeds the power to the BECM fuses (7, 8, 9, 30, 22) under the passenger seat. There should be no voltage drop from one side of the fuse to the other. If one side of the fuse reads 12.5V then the other side should also read 12.5V. If you check the voltage at the BECM fuses, you will also find that they also only have 8 volts. This is why everything is going haywire - LOW VOLTAGE.

Although you are not finding any blown fuses, there is a serious voltage drop. If you are getting this voltage drop from one side of the maxi fuse to the other, then there is only ONE place the problem could be located.....AT THE MAXI FUSE.

The fuse itself could have burned terminals or the terminals in the fuse block where the maxi fuse plugs in are damaged and/or loose. You may have to do some fuse block dissassembly to fix it, or you may get by with just plugging in a new fuse. You may have to replace a terminal in the fuse block or you may get by with cleaning up the terminals up and tightening them. I am sure that if you fix the voltage drop at the maxi fuse, the power will return to your BECM fuses.

I have a compaq desktop, winxp sp3. white has turned pink

The monitor needs some minor repair and alignment that's all

If you are any good with electronics and have a bit of decent test gear lying around you could probably do this job yourself.

But if not then a local TV or computer repair shop will be able to handle it and it should not cost too much.

Its a common problem on older CRT type screens

2001 Range Rover Leftside Parking lights will not cut off

You probably have a problem with your BECM (Body Control Module) under the passenger front seat. This is one symptom of a possible failure here. If everything else works properly (mirros, windows) and no other trouble lights are on it will not hurt to keep driving it. Proper physcial diagnosis should be done though by a knowledgeable technician to determine the cause of the fault before replacing parts. A BECM replacement would cost around $700 if that is what it is.

Color on monitor is pink

I hope u have a CRT monitor. If not just post ur type.
For CRT, the reason for the monitor displaying in pink is that PICTURE TUBE MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED.
Inside the monitor there will be RGB (Red Green Blue) picture tube . If any one of them gets affected it will display in some oddcolors like in your case. So, that may be your problem.
Hope my info is useful. Bye . Take care

Screen turn into pink (light rise color)

if you have the skill for take off the cover, take off the metal shield and cables until you reach the CRT board, have a 100watt light on,a solder hot iron in one hand and a few rings of tin in the other, obviously take off the plug and left it over a few meters, and waited a few minutes to give some capacitors discharge time,'s easy !!! resolder the joints that like dark, mainly see the big transistors,(or IC)that have like rings on it's pins, and thats all. I tell you its easy okay then you have to "rebuild" your monitor back.
