I cant delete songs on my opal m4002a (by 18 users)
i have some songs downloaded on my opal m4002a and when i go to my computer and select the song to delete it it tells me " error deleting files, the device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected" but im sure the mp3 player is connected. any suggestions?

ya my RCA opal m4001 wont let me delete my songs for some reason cause i click on a song a right click and delete it did not work then i tried click on the song and go to delete song i still did not work please i need help!!!!!

when i connect the usb cable to my computer i click on view files and i select the song i want to delet and it is saying that can not delet right now so either cancel,skip,or skip all.
