Question about Panasonic CF72 REFURBISHED TOUGHBOOK CF-72Q3GQZEM (CF72Q3GQZEMB) PC Notebook
At first I could turn it on to desktop and it wouldn't go on to the internet, would just shut down. Now, has a blue screen that says check hard drive or controllers. Can you tell me what to do?
Hard drive is acting weird but it could be corrupt system files as well Best thing to do is to restore the laptop back to factory defaults and see if it goes thru, if it doesn't go thru then try another known good hard drive and if you can restore it back to factory defaults with the known good drive then you know that the original hard drive is bad.
