Wish I could solve this, as I'm having the same problem too. Normal light blinks not matter which wash button is pressed. Cancel light will light, but still NOTHING happens. Same model as yours.
check wire nuts that were used to install power cord/it is on the right hand side of toe kick if ok there is a fuse on the control that you can replace located top of door
Make sure there's power getting to the dishwasher. Check for a
tripped circuit breaker or a blown fuse. Check the wall socket for
power. Sometimes the power cord disconnects at the dishwasher
(inside the junction box, behind the bottom kick panel), if this is
the case, the wiring must be repaired or replaced.
If your pf light comes on that means that your outdoors fuse needs to be replaced. The same thing happened to me and I bought another dishwasher for the same proble to occur. I don't know if it's to late but the only thing wrong is your fuse is blown. Good luck!!!!!
there is no real way of checking the keypad. Not with a meter but if you push normal wash for example and it does not respond this usually means that you have a bad keypad
Presuming that your circuit breaker is not tripped and you have power to the dishwasher, it appears that your thermo fuse is blown. You can replace it for around $20. It comes in a kit form or you can replace the thermo fuse for around $1. The part number is NTE 8096 Thermo Fuse 98 degrees Celsius and solder it in yourself. It is located on the circuit board that contains all the relays and the main computer chip. It clips on and off.
