Question about Sharp MX-2300N Color Copier
We changed from Bigpond internet to Telstra business yesterday, downloaded new software and have not been able to print since, it copies, but does not read any of the network computers.
Our old email address is still active so please answer it does work.
Please help its really urgent
Chances are when you changed ISP's that network IP's changed and your IT will need to put one into your copier that's compatible with your present network setup.
You'll also need to make sure all work PC's have their printer drivers changed to reflect the new IP address for the copier, or it won't print.
