I have a Roper Gas dryer and it works fine but the air never gets hot and it does not dry clother. It rotates fine but no heat. What do I do?

See if the ignitor is glowing. If it is you may have a weak ignitor or a bad coil on the valve. If it is not and you hear a snap when the dryer starts i could be the ignitor. If there is no snap then a thermostat or thermal fuse could be the problem. Eric
