PROBLEM WITH SX56

The start drop down menu is missing several programs (options) they were accicentally deleted during syncronization with the media player.  I was trying to make more space for music. The progaram that are missing are the media player, internet explorer, phone, contacts, games, file and more I can not rember everything.  The only ones I have left are the today icon,  programs(which is empty), settings, find, and help (which is also empty).  Can you help me get the other programs back.  I have tried several times to get it back using  the back up program through my computer.
