If your LCD TV or monitor has stopped working, or is displaying one of the following symptoms, then it's a candidate for some new capacitors
- Flickering screen
- Screen image disappears after several seconds
- Dim screen
- Slow start
- Power LED on, but no picture
- Unusual colors and/or lines
The primary cause of LCD TV and monitor failure is caused by faulty capacitors. You can examine the capacitors in your LCD TV or monitor and actually see if they are bad.
If they appear bulged on top, then they need to be replaced.
New capacitors will solve a host of problems in LCD monitors and TV's and will extend the life of your monitor or TV by several years.
Take it to a repair shop.

How do you get rid of the storage running low at the top of the screen?

There should be a General setting that tells you what the capacity is and how much is left. Those things fill up faster than you would believe.

Screen galaxy tab 3 has black lines at top

You can not get rid of them. Take your tablet back to the stores, it has broken pixels, meaning that their are dead spots on your screen or a loose connection.

Trying to get rid of error oxa0000003

1. Start with the computer off.
2. Power on the unit, this should cause the Acer POST screen to appear.
3. During the Acer POST screen, press and hold the Alt key on your keyboard, and tap the F10 key on your keyboard.
4.If timed correctly, this should cause the unit to go to a black screen that says "Windows is loading files...".
5. After the "Windows is loading files" screen you should be in Acer e-recovery management. At this point follow the on-screen instructions to restore the unit to factory defaults.
