Question about Frigidaire FTF2140E King-Size ENERGY STAR
I have an ftf2140eso frigidare front loading washing machine. When the wash cydle is complete, there is stil water standing in the drum and the clothes are sopping wet. I checked and the pump is working, however, it is not pumping out all of the water....any suggestions?
Does the washer do the spin cycle? If not at all, washer should beep many times (not like cycle signal) and drain line could be plugged or frozen, this happened to me once or twice.
If it does the start of the spin and then ends as if finished, then you are having the same problem as I.

Is your drain hose to far down the drain pipe?
Sometimes the water can cyphon back down into the machine if this is the case.

Hello gen0313 - From what you are describing it sounds like the unit could possibly have a broken shock/bearing or damaged tub. A certified technician will need to accurately diagnosis the bearing and pulling system behind the drum for repairs.
