Question about GE Refrigerators
I have an old GE that i put in my garage after we did some renovations. It worked fine when we moved it. It's been a few years but I just decided to hook up the water line to the fridge. I get it to fill and can get cold water but it fills the ice tray and then overflows. I don't have the old manual, but I suspect there must be a relay that stops the water to the ice maker when the tray fills or if the ice maker is ''off.'' Not sure if there is a relay that is bad, a bad valve, or the ice maker itself is bad. Any suggestions?
