Lost my manual on MVC-FD200

All of a sudden I am having trouble using a floppy in my camera. It makes a grinding sound and presents the following message: FORMAT ERROR C:13:01 with a flashing floppy in the upper right hand corner. I am not sure if I have messed up a setting by accident or what. I have tried numerous floppies and continue to have the problem. Can u help me?

- Hi. I am having exactly the same problem with my Cybershot DSC-100. Blue screen, flashing 'Format Error' message with C:13:01 at the top right of the screen and what looks like a black memory card which is also flashing. Anybody got any ideas what this means, and what I can do about it please?Many thanks
