Your local electronics store Radio Shack, Best Buy or any other place that sells audio and video equipment should be able to solve your problem..................They should have different lengths and connectors so you can add on to your existing cable or purchase one that better suits your needs. Thank You For Using Fixya.Com.......

Is your sub powered (amplifier built-in)? If so, connect your MP3 player directly to the sub input and see if you hear audio. If you do hear audio, check for cable problems from Panasonic to sub input. If the sub is unpowered then it's either the speaker wiring, an intermittent sub and/or your Panasonic at fault.

What player will work with the dvx-s100 speakers

The note about using other speakers (Page 11) implies that the electronics and the speakers are not dependent on each other but there might be tonal changes if you mix and match. Therefore, since they use bare wires you could drive them with any common amplifer that is comfortable with 6-ohm loads.

How do you attach an x-box to the yamaha natural sound home theater system dvr s200??

Hi,

You need to use an optical cable to connect your xbox to your home theater system.
This can be done 2 ways

1) You can connect the optical cable directly from the xbox to the home theater system.

2) You can also connect your xbox to your TV by HDMI and then connect your TV by optical cable to your home theater system.

This has the added benefit of all the devices that use your TV being able to use the home theater system in the same way the xbox is using it.

How to wire home communications

You are correct from your description. The larger cable is more than likely audio connections for whole house audio and to hide the components.
The best thing i can think of is to go to home depot or lowes and purchase a "wire tracer" and connect to the wires and " tone" the wires to see where they start and finish.
The main idea from what you explain is audio/video connections.
The one above the FP is probably video for the tv and MAYBE power as well.

JVC Home Theater System M505 The subwoofer will not come on and it appears that the system (speakers) will not work at all until it runs thru the subwoofer system.

Wiggle on the long round cable connected to the Sub woofer. If the SW turns on, open it and solder the connector or change the connector
