I'm sure you are frantic and I hope you resolve this. That said, what does facebook have at all to do with the fraudulent banking activity? Am I missing something?

SOURCE: can't login to facebook, myspace or my e-mail

i would suggest that the first problem was related to the myspace system if all her friends tried and got the same result as a precaution though i would run a virus checker through just to make sure your pc hasn't been infected hope this helps regards Jim

Then if you are having problems with security, I would not be asking total strangers.
I doubt very much if it is someone at AOL. But if it is.....
Get you bank to freeze your account and card and go to the POLICE.
You should not be wasting time writing to forums like this.

I have a $150 on master card. PayPal pumpernicke 4029357733 and do not know why

Contact PayPal. The 402 number is a phone number for PayPal. The charge is for something paid by PayPal. Remember way back when, when you signed up for Paypal, and you had to provide a bank account or credit card as a backup billing method? That's what that charge could be. Maybe it is Paypal using your backup billing method to cover the shortfall because you don't have enough in your Paypal account or bank account. If the charge is fraudulent, dispute immediately with both PayPal and your bank issuing the credit card.

Why did this web address (www fb me) charge my checking acct. without authorization?

The dot ME is officially set for the Government of Montenegro by ICANN. Unfortunately it can also be used for a variety of personal sites as well and this is usually associated with scammers and phishing attacks. It would appear that someone setup the fb.me domain to trick people into thinking it was the real Facebook page when in fact it was actually a scammers site. I would think that you would want to contact the bank and either cancel the abused account and create a new one, but definitely make the bank aware that they were unauthorized transactions, the bank may be able to return the funds to your account. In any event make it a habit of checking the address (in the address bar, usually at the top of your browser, where the http://www.webpage.com etc. is displayed) and be mindful of the letters after the dot. look for .com, .edu, .gov, .uk, .biz etc. it should be something that you have seen or heard of before. If not, DO NOT PROCEED TO THE PAGE, until you are sure of where you are going. Hope this helps.

Ok so I signed up for a website and the payment option was debit card and i purchased a couple small transactions with the website vendosupport.com and then a big one of almost a 100$ US dollars was...

If this was a fraudulent charge, just call the phone number on the back of the card (or from their website if you don't have the card anymore).

If not a fraudulent charge:
1. you may want to contact your bank and ask for a solution, as they may send you a check if a credit is applied to the closed account.

2. Contact customer support at vendosupport.com. Explain the situation and ask if they can send you a check to the same billing address that was used for the credit card. You can contact them via phone or live chat. Both can be found here: http://vendosupport.com/help/phone-support

If this was on a credit card, please contact the card issuer. If this was a bank account, please contact the bank. FixYa has no access to your private financial records, let alone the ability to make changes.

I have over $200 in charges from Facebook on my online checking acct and am trying to find a phone# to contest these charges.

You can email the business apps department and request a credit for overcharges by clicking on this link below and filling out your information:

http://www.facebook.com/help/contact_us.php?id=144829575575175

They do not publish phone numbers for facebook business apps or any other department.

You can report the charges to your bank. The form to report inaccurate transactions is included on the back of your monthly bank statement. If you are using the paperless option, you can report unauthorized transactions by contacting customer service and requesting they email or fax a form to contest the charges. Whatever you do, make sure that you report the items in writing to your bank and verify that they have received your completed forms. There are time limits on unauthorized transactions. They have to be reported upon discovery

Unauthorize the charges and they will give you a temporary credit in your account while completing their investigation.
