Ive had a look at the manufacturer web site but ther doesn't seem to be any driver for your model. You should be able to turn the battery warning alarm off in the management settings

To go through the recovery program I think you tap the F11 button as you start up. Press the power button and keep tapping F11 until the recovery program starts. I have restored my easynote L4 back to factory settings twice with this utility.
However, I get the impression you have already done this and you are experiencing what's known as the Blue Screen Of Death BSOD. Don't let this term frighten you, it doesn't mean the laptop is fried. My laptop only came with 250mb of ram, so I upgraded and installed another stick in the spare port. Had you installed any more ram yourself? As postmanfw says...need to know what was happening before you tried to restore back to factory settings.

If u can, try to reformat it, reason i say this simple solution is because u already had the laptop looked at professionally, and due to you're laptop being stuck at the windows screen, i see this happen on HDD swaps a lot. The HDD needs to be repair-formatted or fully reformatted to talk to the new mobo when switched out, try this if all else fails, i personally think giving this simple solution may fix the boot up issue, but do make sure ur friend who looked at your laptop hadn't reset ur C MOS and may of not reconfigured it, this may also be the main cause of boot up troubles so make sure everything looks fine in ur BIOS. Gabriel will have a more proper solution than this but i believe by doing this it may help u bypass ur loading issue

The RTC (Real Time Clock) battery charges when the computer in on (operating). You can plug the electrical cord in and let the computer run for 24 hours by temporarily suspending any sleep mode or automatic power saving features. This should sufficiently charge the RTC battery.
