Question about HP LaserJet 3330MFP All-In-One Printer
I want to know if there is any way to disconnect the scanner on my printer. I do not really need it so I do not want to fix the scanner but I would like to be able to use the printer.
You do need the scanner for all functions. When this scanner error come up, it is talking about the thing under the glass that has bulbs in it and moves back and forth. The error can sometime be cleared by cleaning the scanner real good. But you will most likely need a technician to do this.
