If the lamp led is still red after replacing the lamp. The problem is the Capacitors on the power board have failed. You can get the V26 Power board repair kit which contains the replacement capacitors and has a cd with step by step instructions on how to do the repair. Heres a link to the correct kit for your model.

Trying to replace lamp in HDTV and having trouble. Does not function correctly after putting in new bulb. Boots up and then visuals go black and the green power light keeps flashing. Help?

Panasonic DLP TV Bulbs

Make sure its an original Osram or Philips bulb inside the housing. If its a cheap lamp it will act this way. If it is an original lamp, then you may have a power supply issue. It shouldn't affect your TV but you may want to try resetting the lamp timer by following the instructions that came with the lamp.

TY-LA1001 Timer reset

While pressing the VOL- button on the projection display, hold down the number 0 button on the remote control at the same time for more than 5 seconds.

I turn the tv on it stay on for one second then it goes off thats when the lamp button comes on its red. then the red light comes on and it stays on although the tv is off the red lamp light is still on

Your lamp timer may be maxed out which means you should change the lamp and reset the lamp timer. When the timer max's out it won't turn on till it is reset.

What is red basket light on for says filter above it

The red and green basket lights are your filter status. it works on a timer from when the fridge is new or reset it. when you change a filter or just want to get rid of the rid light and make it green again, press and hold the ice type / change filter button for about 5 seconds. it will then go back to green. It will stay green for 6 months from that time when it will go red again.
