Just above the operating button there should be a lever that pushes left to right.

My makita hr-385 is leaking grease from the bit

You don't say which part you brought for the HR3850k but if it is the Xring and O ring for the front of the tool cylinder you need to unscrew the tool holder from the cylinder and then just hook out the old seals and put the new ones in. This can very very tight and you will need a good vice to hold the machine. Can't remember if it is left or right hand thread.

The screw point got stuck inside of the makita

Low quality steel drill bits get stuck in the Makita because the hammer impact squashes the metal, forming a ridge that gets snagged on the anvil's steel ball bearing. Use only impact drill bits.

Ive got a makita ZIC-26 hammer drill and the drill is stuck in and won't come out with the sleeve retracted. Is it possible to repair easily

if this is an SDS try grabbing the bit with some vice grips and jiggling it back and forth. DO Not do this when its plugged in or has a battery hooked up. (your model # did not mach an online search so I don't know what you've got. Also a bit of WD-40 or the like may help loosen it up.

Changing Bit

where the bit goes into the drill there is a metal ring. Pull the metal ring away from the drill with one hand and pull the bit out. this model you may have to pull the meteal ring twards the body of the drill.

Drill bits do not lock in chuck or will not go in at all.

If the picture that I am seeing is of the same that you have then I can tell you that those are special bits that are fluted on the shanks so they can hammer. Also those drills do not chuck up like a regular drill. You have to pull the collar down insert the bit and rotate it until it falls in and then release the collar. Remember these bits are specific to the drill and can be hard to find, a rental store is a good place to find them for sale. Hope this helps. 2rns4u <*{{{>(
