Problem with Lasonic i pod ghetto blaster

Check to see if the batteries are in correctly or there is corrosion on the battery terminals. This may sound too easy but too many times i have seen it happen. Also check to see if there is a switch on the back near the battery lid or on the side of the unit for ac/batt power. If not there is a circuit problem with the unit. Most of the units like that have a year warrenty. If it is out of warrenty it probly would cost more to repair than to buy new.

Happened to me, and a very common problem. on the top left of the battery compartment, there is a U shaped connector meant to hook up with the + battery on that side. it's too low, so the circuit doesnt complete. Use some aluminum foil or copper wire to make the U connect with that battery and it should work.
