Likelyit is the audio IC that has gone bad. If this part is found to be theproblem it may be difficult to impossible to purchase. If you feelyou are qualified to test the projection TV and solder replacementparts in the service manual that is available to purchase online willhelp greatly at diagnosing the parts that need replacement. Over timethe capacitors will change value, leak and become defective.Resistors will change value and burn. This will cause othercomponents to become defective. This can have a domino effect andcause other parts to fail. Replacing one defective part may make theTV operate for a short time but the part will fail again since if theparts that caused the failure to begin with are not replaced.
Hope this information helps and have a great day!

Ringer is set at max but is hard to hear

If the ringout volume is very low, then try not to select a soft, silent or low ringing tone. Try to choose a ringing tone that is loud so that you can hear your phone ringout.
Hope that was helpful?

Sound plays but very low volume even if plug to speakers and amplifier and full volume, you hardly hear anything. Hoping for a solution. Regards,

right click on the speaker icon in the system tray on the bottom right side of the screen and then click to open the volume mixer then make the speaker sound level to 100 %.

or go to the control panel from there click on the sound or speaker icon to open it after that go to properties and then make the volume level to 100%.

This should help to fix the problem.

Very little volume, not very loud at highest

On the TV-use your finger to adjust the volume level, about midway, then use the remote to shut off the tv, then turn on tv with remote. Volume level should be better! If still not loud enough...using your finger on the tv...turn up volume & repeat remote steps.

Difficulty hearing Samsung LCD tv even with volume up to 100%

Some models are just that way. I would invest in a small surround sound system for them.

Have to turn the volume to 80-100 to hear the tv in my bedroom

If it's just playing DVD's that the volume is low some DVD players have their own volume control.
You could look at the back of your tv and see if the dvd or psp is hooked up to a "line in" or a 'variable' input. The Line in is a constant audio source. The variable will be also affected by the volume on the TV.

Why can I not hear the volume very loud on my Nuvi 760?

Well mine, (760) has a external plug to be use with ears plug, the cord should be long enough and it should not interfere with drivings conditions, but it sound real good loud and clear. The other solution could be the matching on the fm radio station, it could be auto or manual, but they have to match in order to hear propperly.
Hope this will help

Volume not loud enough

When you're in a call, there are two buttons on the left side of the phone that control the volume.  Outside a call these buttons control the ringer volume.

Vizio Volume Control

I am sure you did this but recheck your audio menu on all your inputs. I have found that cables can go bad so make sure they are in good shape. Are you haveing the problems with all your inputs dvd, cable (direct cable or a cable box) whatever? It is hard to affect the audio by just moving the set. I am hoping that you changed something or the cables went bad that would be the easy solution.

Good Luck!
