High pressure hose. How do you get if off the karcher k 3.99
Can't get the other end of the hose off the power gun from a k 3.99 pressure washer. The hose has a major leak in it where I'm losing pressure and I'm about to buy a new but I can't seem to get this old one with the leak off to put a new one on.

There is a good chance you are missing the black plastic clip that holds the hose into the trigger gun. If you look at where the hose goes into the gun there should be a flat slot where a black plastic clip would slide in and keep the hose into the trigger gun.
Good news, your engine runs But your pump may be bad
Here's how to test your pump Check oil as outlined lower down Disconnect the washer hose and gun Connect water hose and turn on water and water should pass straight through the pump Look for clogs in the hose-end where water hose connects to machine
Turn on machine and see if water shoots out pump If water shoots out of pump, but no water shoots out of gun, then you may have a 'mud-dobber' wasp clog in your washer line or gun
Look for clogs in the end of each water connection. Now connect washer hose without the gun, tun on the machine, and see if water shoots out of washer hose Finally, the gun trigger mechanism may be bad I don't know which gun you have ... but we replaced guns on our machine now-and-then ... google-search power washer guns for a replacement
Check your pump oil Pump oil is SAE20 or SAE30 non-detergent motor oil Pump should be no more than 1/2 full of oil Use plastic hose to drain pump oil Do not turn machine on its side or turn machine over or engine oil will run into carburetor
try easy solution first: make sure that your mains is fully open, that tap on whihc hose is hook up is fully open and hose is of "decent" diameter to allow sufficient flow.
if above solution do not work then you need to make another, more difficult arrangement: prepare 20litres pressure tank with inlet connected to mains and outlet by short hose to power washer, fill it with water from mains, keep it under mains pressure and use karcher power washer normaly. this will solve water supply problem. twenty litres will last about 2min, because it is re-filled, under standard pressure therefore it will last about 3min...
third possibility is to stop washing...

It sounds like you left out the spring in the hose. There are about 10 different models of K330 with several types of guns. Go here and search until you find the correct gun so you can see the diagram. I think it will be hard to buy a replacement spring, though.
Depends on the model, but it is probably the pump, Most Karchers do not use expensive pumps. Also, if the end of your hose is off, you won't get much pressure either as it takes a restriction in the end of the hose to increase the pressure. I have commercial pressure washing business & occasionally have an hose end come off, pump problem or high pressure switch problem, but all this stuff can be fixed. Hope this helps you, Rick
Your posting is incomplete, so I'm not quite sure what we're dealing with here. I understand the machine and the high-pressure hose are Karcher - right? Is the gun also a Karcher part? If all are Karcher parts, they should fit unless the screw threads have been damaged. If they are not all Karcher parts, they will not fit because Karcher connectors are different from almost all others.
Please post again if this doesn't help, giving as much detail as possible, and I'll see what else I can offer.
Hi, I had the same problem, Replaced the O rings and the rubber seals and cups inside the pressure washer and eventually the hose itself burst. Turns out the hose was leaking, internally between the inner sheath and the outside plastic cover, for quite some time and this caused the pulse. New hose and pressure cleaner is as good as new.
