Question about Dell Dimension 1100 PC Desktop
My monitor was on the wrong setting and after I set it it went blink
Try booting the PC in safe mode.
Before Windows starts loading during startup, keep pressing F8, a menu should pop up. Select Safe Mode, then, when the PC has booted, you install the graphics cards drivers. Then set the resolution back to its minimal value in the control panel and restart it normally.
I hope this helps,
