Question about HotBrick 800/2 (HB8002) Firewall
Verify first if the ip address of your router is 192.168.1.1 by going to start>run>type CMD>hit OK. On the command prompt, type ipconfig/all. Look for the ip address, make sure it is not on the 169.254.x.x range. Make sure it is on the 192.168.x.x, 172.16.x.x or 10.x.x.x range. What ever is on the default gateway, that is the ip address that you need to open on your browser. the address is not on the 192.168.x.x, 172.16.x.x or 10.x.x.x range, make sure you the physical connection checked first (modem goes to internet or WAN port and pc goes to LAN port) or if the connection is correct, you may wanna try turning off/on the router.
