Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
It could be that the driver installed previously on the old computer was simply older where it had the custom paper option - although it's print quality may not have been as good as the newer driver where this custom option is missing.
This is common sometimes, they remove something, but add something else. It's a choice you have to make unfortunately. It is silly why they can't just leave the older good options present.
There may be a way to extract the old driver for use on your new computer. But then you will sacrifice quality over custom size. If you're happy to do this, let me know and I'll let you know how to extract the old driver for use on the new machine.
Also let me know what operating system the old computer was running.
