Question about Acer Aspire T690 (AST690UP820A) PC Desktop
Fist make sure that the pwr selector is on the right setting. if that does not work look for the capacitors on the inside. if any have blown that could be your problem. if not im really hope that you did not touch anything on the inside while not grounded. with all the dust and movement you cold easly shock the circuits and fry the pc.
Try another pwr supply if nothing else works.
