Im assuming that you mean power steering fluid is leaking... top off the fluid, replace cap, and have a freind turn the steering wheel back and forth while you check the hoses and lines for leaking fluid.
what sort of heater is it the pipes that are leaking or coming out of heater its self and is it reverse cycle being a airconditioner as well need more info to help
The outlet pipe must be routed higher than the top of the washer or it will always drain. this is normal. The leak, however is not, something may be damaged, open and inspect.
It sounds like you pump is leaking. This happens most of the time( if its a kenmore or whilpool)lean your washer back and then you will see the pump on the end of the motor. it is held on by 2 clips and then you can take it off (after pulling iff the 2 water hoses) Look at where the motor shaft goes onto the pump if its leaking there will be a water streak. Replace the pump... leak is fixed
