Question about Computers & Internet
I have a dell demension 4600 that has a nvidia card in it, well i tried to put in a ati card and nothing notta, it doesn't work.
Sometimes in the bios you have to switch it over from one bus port to another being it already came with the nvidia card as onboard im guessing that's not the case...best advice put the new card in and make sure the most recent drivers are installed... when you put a new card in your tower it automatically reads it jus needs the drivers...so you can have all the benefits of using the card...when you put the card in did the screen come on at all? and was your resolution changed?
